Mixed Media Cabinet Card Paintings — Page One
Mixed Media Cabinet Card Paintings are vintage cabinet card photographs which Alex transforms into pop culture characters, painting with oils and acrylics directly onto the photo. They are presented with the before image here, and are also framed this way with a replica of the original card before it was painted upon. Superheroes and villains, science fiction and fantasy characters, tv and movie monsters, cartoon characters and more are all featured.
